The Mark IV offers incremental upgrades from the Mark III, including higher megapixel count, faster AF and better video features. Downgrade. If you’re looking for a better value with nearly all the same features, the previous model, the Canon 5D Mark II is a viable option, as well as the Canon 6D, which is a scaled-down model of the 5D Mark III.
With the 20.2-megapixel EOS 6D, Canon has created a smaller, lighter and less expensive full-frame digital SLR for prosumer photographers. In many ways, the well-designed 6D is a mini 5D Mark III

These give you lower resolution with larger file sizes than JPG! Canon calls these dopey things "sRAW," and in the 5D Mark II, sRAW1 and sRAW2. sRAW1 is 10 megapixels with a file size that is still at least 75% the size of a bloated regular raw image. In sRAW2, resolution is piddly 5.2 megapixels, but still half the file size of a huge raw image.
